Inscription: Jenny Mills

Jenny Mills has dedicated 37 years to the University of Arizona College of Engineering’s Academic Affairs office, serving through the tenures of multiple deans, associate deans, and even university presidents. Across decades of change, one constant has remained: Jenny. Her steady presence has shaped the experience of generations of students, and her grace, patience, and genuine kindness have left a lasting mark on every interaction. Just as importantly, she has been an exceptional colleague—always willing to step in with a smile, solve a problem, and make everyone else’s job a little easier. It’s no exaggeration to say that her influence reaches into the lives of hundreds of colleagues in our college and roughly 25,000 students who became engineers—each carrying forward, in their own way, the standard of care and professionalism she showed them every day.
