Charlotte was born in Tucson, Arizona to her mother, Katalina Martinez, and father, Michael Jeffrey Mahn. In 2015 her family grew with the addition of step-father, Bob Martinez and siblings, Remington and Loki. Charlotte attended Sunrise Elementary and Orange Grove Middle schools.

Charlotte is known for her creativity, intelligence, kindness and big heart. She is a talented artist and a loyal and caring friend. She is loved by three generations of parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.
