Carmen Ortiz is a Wildcat for Life! She grew up in California and worked at the University of Arizona for over 35 years. She has made an impact across campus in a variety of roles, including working in Financial Services, Designated Accounting, Auxiliary Accounting, the University Research Instrumentation Center (URIC), the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL), the National Center for Interpretation (NCI), the Critical Languages Program (CLP), and the Writing Skills Improvement Program (WSIP), just to name a few. Ms. Ortiz is an unfailingly kind person to work with. She uses her skills to support her colleagues and to help people achieve their goals and dreams. Her colleagues respect and admire her for her dedication, her work ethic, and her passion for running!
