Vicki’s favorite movie character is Hermione Granger. Hermione’s personality traits include prodigious intellect, cleverness, levelheaded, book-smart, and very logical - this is Vicki! She is smart. She reads many books on management and development, and therefore she is well informed in our field. She is fact-driven and fair when solving problems. She is kind and has your back. Vicki is the type of manager you want to perform well for - you don't want to let her down because she never lets you down.

She has provided never-ending support since my arrival on campus. Vicky is a woman who champions and mentors other women.
