Dr. Amy Chandler was born in Tucson on Davis Monthan Air Force Base but lived in 5 different U.S. states as well as in 3 cities in England before settling back in Tucson again. Amy earned her Bachelors Masters and Ph.D. in Family Studies and Human Development all at the University of Arizona. After earning her doctorate Amy assumed the role of Assistant Director of Student Services for the Norton School of Family and Consumer Sciences at the U of A. For more than ten years Amy worked with countless college students enriching their lives and helping them to have the best college experiences possible. Her love for working with her students and her dedication to higher education and leadership were evident in everything she did. Amy is also extremely proud of her family. She has been married for forty years to her high school sweetheart has three grown children and four fun grandchildren. Dr. Chandler has made a remarkable impact on so many students and coworkers. This brick is to honor a woman who is an inspiration leader team player and friend.
