Ann Elizabeth Quinn

Birthday: 1944
Ann Elizabeth Quinn known as Mom or Jellybean to her grandchildren was 63 when she was taken from us. Mom is survived by husband Lynn Christopher Quinn; three sons; Lynn Christopher Jr. Brent Patrick and Chase Gannon and their families her mother G.G. Humphrey and her brothers Mike and Buster. She was preceded in death by her father Charles "Big Daddy" Humphrey. Mom was a Freshman at McGuinis High School when Dad got up enough nerve to ask her out on a date after a basketball game. She gladly accepted and they went out on a date-a-week for the next three years. After a two-month break Dad was admitted into the hospital to have his appendix removed and when he awoke Mom was holding his hand. They continued to date for the next two years and on Christmas Eve 1962 Dad asked for her hand in marriage. On Sept. 7th 1963 Mom and Dad were married and never left each other's side for the next 45 years. Actively involved with her family and church community Mom was the sparkle in a diamond the dimples in a smile the joy in a laugh and the pinnacle of what it means to be the best mom best friend best grandma and the best wife this Earth has to offer in doing "His" work. She will be missed; but if we truly want to celebrate Mom's life we will take what she has taught us and be the best people for it. With that being said Mom we won't say "Goodbye" just "See ya later".
