Born May 19, 1976, in San Angelo, Texas Ms. Rogers grew up in a small town nearby named Bronte. She was valedictorian of her high school class and continued on to receive her bachelor of arts in psychology from The University of Texas in Austin. After that Ms. Rogers worked at the American Cancer Society National Center until she decided to attend Texas Woman's University for a master's in counseling. With her father temporarily staying in Tucson for his job Ms. Rogers decided to move to Tucson and work in the mental health field. After that she began working at The University of Arizona in Residence Life while she earned her master's of education in counseling and human relations from Northern Arizona University. Ms. Rogers is married to Todd Rogers who works as an engineer. They were married on March 29, 2003. As of June 2008, Ms. Rogers is an Academic Advisor Senior for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at The University of Arizona. Ms. Rogers' unique ability to motivate students and provide support has made her a great attribute to the entire community.
