Employed in Tucson Unified School District as teacher elementary principal central office administrator and assistant superintendent for high schools. Married to Clarence Jolivet 53 years two children three grandchildren. She was also actively involved with many civic organizations: YWCA of the USA National Board; Tucson YWCA; Tucson Pima County Library Board; Pima County Board on Aging Board President; Community Foundation of Southern Arizona Past President; Chair City Bond Oversight Committee; Tucson Downtown Development Corp Past President; United Way Chair for Allocations; America-Israel Friendship League Past President organized Youth Ambassador Exchange Program; Tucson Fundraising Review Board Past Chair; Arizona Town Hall Executive Committee member of research committee; Founder Tucson Pima Library Foundation; University of Arizona Women's Plaza of Honor chair fundraising and executive committee.
