Marie L. Schwarz attended Northwestern University for three years and was a lifelong reader and student/learner. She worked in schools then as a librarian and as a receptionist for a doctor. She retired in her late 70s. She was a volunteer with the Girl Scouts the PTA and other organizations. She was a terrific mother grandmother and great-grandmother and was very involved with her family throughout her long life. --Dr. Helen S. Schaefer
