Tara Ellen Clifford

My daughter Tara Ellen Clifford is a strong and independent woman. She received a BS from Wheaton College (Norton NH) and M.I.A. from Columbia. She also studied at the London School of Economics and at the University of Moscow. Tara is a loving and devoted mother and a kind and honorable person. In honoring my daughter and my mother (Mary F. Jupin) I honor the best of humanity and the source of inspiration in my life.
